The TechCrunch writes about this:

“We’ve heard from a good source in the mobile industry that Google may be preparing to launch its own branded mobile network in the UK in the next few weeks. If our source is accurate, Google will become a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) via a deal with UK mobile phone company O2“.

This is expected that all the support and services will be provided through a website. In past we read lots of rumors about Google phone and almost all of them were false. Now this time we are hearing about launch of Google Mobile Service. We can’t say about the truth of this rumor, till the official announcement by Google.
